You know that feeling when planning when to do client work this week plus tackling the next project you had written down for your biz but you don't seem to have the money or time to move that needle forward? That's burnout...

My top tips for business burnout and how to minimize it using business tools like a CRM platform, and business automation.

What if it just didn't have to be SO hard...

Business Burnout TIP #1:

Be besties with your💲: it's crucial to know what money is coming in & out of your biz & if you're hitting your income goals. This tracking allows you to scale easier because there's intention behind your actions & you know exactly what your profit/ loss ratio is.

Business Burnout TIP #2:

Make biz plans around personal plans : do you have big events in your life: wedding, family vaca, anniversaries, or home projects? These should go in your calendar 1ST, then you plan your yearly biz goals around them. Don't forget, you created this biz to live the life of your dreams! So don't put your personal life on hold!

If you're not planning your business goals, alongside your personal goals...you're doing this entrepreneurial life wrong!

Business Burnout TIP #3:

Keep your behind the scenes clean & organized : this sounds silly but in reality, your BTS holds your biz together {systems, SOP's, goals}. It can quickly turn into that dreaded junk drawer everyone avoids in their home. Which is why I have a monthly, quarterly, AND yearly BTS checklist to keep my backend clear in order to keep my biz organized.

You can grab your business checklist HERE. {Oh, did I mention it's FREE?}
